Frank arrived before time, was an absolute genius with packing fragiles, and a complete delight to interact with in an otherwise stressful situation. The trip was efficient and completed under time, and he was able to fit more furniture into the van than we expected. Highly recommend.

We booked our van for 10 am. I called at 10 past to ask where he was and he seemed confused about why I was calling and didn’t know he had a job. I called him 20 minutes later and he said he was unloading things from his van. He didn’t end up getting to us till 11.20!! 1hr and 20 mins late. I have now been charged extra by my cleaner as she had to wait for him to arrive so we could move the stuff out of the house. Our storage unit charged us for being late and our landlord is upset with us for not vacating the property on time. I am very upset with the service. When I called to get a refund the operater names George said as the journey had been completed I could not get one and that sometimes the vans are late. I find this unacceptable. I paid my deposit and received my confirmation email. I should not have to call the driver to see where he is nor should I have to wait 1hr and 20 mins!! I expect someone to contact me to discuss some sort of compensation for the disaster that was this morning. Rosannah Lenaghan
QMAV Response: Driver was indeed late during some personal issues. We apologize for the inconvenience . As long driver completed the job, as it is specified in our terms and conditions, we can't offer any compensation, mainly because the driver needs to cover the fuel and the time spent on the job (and since we aim to keep our prices low, there is no amount left for compensations).
