Frank went above and beyond my expectations. He arrived before the allocated time and immediately got stuck in, helping to pack all of the items. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and even assisted with the unpacking, while also giving us useful advice on what we should do once we arrived at the storage unit. Frank was professional, friendly, reliable and genuinely went the extra mile to make everything as easy as possible. I would 100% recommend Frank to anyone and would have no hesitation using his services again.
