Amazing! Roberto was truly outstanding. He was ready and waiting 15 minutes early. He and his assistant were the most decent and hard working people. They were both extremely friendly and willing. They moved the contents of my flat for me this morning, which included a lot of very large and heavy items of furniture and white goods. They carried everything down the stairs and packed my stuff in the van carefully, laying rugs over the edges of my dining table etc so that my furniture would not be damaged in transit. They could not drive up to the entrance of my new flat, as I did not have a key to open the barrier and so they had to park off-site and carry my stuff 20m across the car park. They did this cheerfully, enthusiastically and without any complaint or difficulty. They were really efficient and professional guys. I have used many man and van guys over the years and Roberto and his assistant were by far the best.

Roberto was fantastic. He arrived 20 minutes early and was very helpful in placing all my items in the van. He was also able to offer me some spare boxes and a box sack truck to make things a bit easier. Really pleasant guy and we were able to get the move done in around 2 hours. I would highly recommend requesting Roberto, and i'm sure i will use him in the future.

Could not be happier with Roberto and his great helper. My sister is pregnant and i am in charge of her removals. They were brilliant. It was only a small job but they were so great. No problem with requests to take shoes off and mind new paintwork. Chuffed to bits. You wont get better. They were early for collection. Highly recommended
