Roberto was helpful, respectful and a big help during a difficult move. He was late for very good reason - a massive snowstorm that shut down roads and bridges in London! It was hard to drive on the snowy roads and I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get a driver in that weather, but he kept me updated and uncomplainingly assisted with moving my items.
