There was a second person helping and when he arrived at my sons house, he was not careful with the drawers of the tallboy which had been taken out to make the furniture lighter, throwing them on the floor. He lit a cigarette in the house. He was discourteous and my son withheld the tip that I was going to give them. Otherwise the piece of furniture was collected on time and delivered safely.
