Driver Profile

The website needs to be clearer. Hired for 2 hours but needed 2 trips. 1/2 mile away. Was informed I would have to pay an extra £27 for 2nd trip So 2x mattresses settee washing mach and tumble dryer cost me around £90 and took 1/2 hour .

Richard was the perfect man for the job. Wonderful and polite person: the 1.hr30mins didn’t even feel long! We chatted along the way and remained polite and respectful. Thanks Richard.

Richard has saved my move. It was meant to be a disaster but Richard went far a beyond regardless of my challenges. The most amazing thing is that he managed to keep positivity throughout the whole move. Can't be more grateful.

He was about 15 minutes late, but was very helpful when suggesting how we put items into the van to make sure nothing was broken. He was very helpful and friendly the whole time, and the move was done very quickly. It was a great experience!
