Richard was friendly, helpful and a good communicator. He didn’t leave until everything was properly done.

He was about 15 minutes late, but was very helpful when suggesting how we put items into the van to make sure nothing was broken. He was very helpful and friendly the whole time, and the move was done very quickly. It was a great experience!
