Driver Profile

I was supposed to have a driver at 11am however the original driver was unable to do the work due to unfortunate circumstances on his side, I was given a replacement for 1pm however I got a call to from the driver to say they can come at 12pm so I was so pleased with this. I had a driver an a second person who helped my husband and they were excellent and I would highly recommend both. Excellent work guys. Have a happy new year.

Really happy with delivery. The driver even helped me put the legs back on my sofa and positioned it in the living room. All good.

Turned up an hour and 20 minutes late without an apology. Once there they were efficient but because of the lack of apology and being so late i wouldnt book him again.

The driver arrived on time and was quick and helpful with loading the van. He had to wait a while when I signed into the self storage, and he was very patient. He had very little English, which isn't necessarily a problem, but it may have been good to know beforehand as I spent a while wondering why he wasn't responding to me! Also, when I gave him the cash, which was slightly more than I owed, he didn't offer change, just took off - fine as it turns out, as I was happy to give the difference as a tip, but he should have made sure of that before leaving. But he worked hard and knew where he was going, so all good really.
