Driver Profile

Actually getting the job done was okay. They were half an hour late though, and got lost getting to the destination adding 20 minutes at least to the time, as they kept stopping literally minutes from the property. This meant they worked an extra half hour, which considering all the points above I wasn’t keen to pay. The boss who I spoke to on the phone querying the extra fee was very rude though, adding to an already stressful situation of moving. Also my chest of drawers was damaged, which I realised was the case as they left. Wouldn’t use them again to be honest. Would like to say though one of the men moving my stuff was really friendly - so I feel bad writing this. Maybe it was an off day.

Very good and helpful

Cannot thank the guys enough! Super efficient, fuss-free service and it wasn’t an easy job (I have a lot of stuff). Well worth the money - would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Cut by the platform is too high - at 35 percent. Driver is a bit late but very respectful and courteous.
