Charles was incredibly professional and helpful. He assisted in loading and unloading the van, and was mindful of things that were fragile and packed the van to ensure everything was secure. He also worked very efficiently so the move didn't take as long as expected. Can't thank him enough!

Two-man team - genial, quick and efficient. 2 hours late due to problems with van (hottest day of the year!) but made up for it with work rate and efficiency in sweltering conditions. (Think they had a few blankets; not sure about straps).

The driver could not find the where he needed to be so was 10 minutes late. I would not use your services again poor communication and I struggled to understand what anyone was saying English was very poor.
