Low rating purely because we paid for a man with a van plus assistance in loading/unloading. The driver refused to assist

Turned up late, was dragging his feet, complained about having to walk in the garden as the back gate provided better access and then refused to work past 12 even though he didn’t load the first thing into the van nearly half an hour into the allotted time.

Charles was very punctual and extremely helpful with the process of moving our stuff, taking great care in loading and unloading and saving the day with an allen key to take apart our bedframe after the appropriate one ended up being missing from our toolkit. Polite and friendly he also gave us a lift to the new property and removed lot of stress from the moving process. Thank you Charles.
