Charles was on time and frendly and efficient, wouldnt hesitate to use this service again, the one thing that stands out is the fact that you can book the van at an exact time rather than a 2 or 3 hour window.

He was great when he arrived, but turned up late as he had forgotten our booking as we had booked in so far in advance! We had to ring him to ask where he was and he admitted he had forgotten about our booking which was quite stressful!
