Early, helpful, big smile and got on with it. The van looked like it could have used a bit of a wash but I get that it's a busy business so no real complaints! As far as the job went, 5 stars. Thank you!

Excellent service, very happy with the driver and the service.

Omar was very pleasant and helpful. We had a lot of awkward furniture to move and he was fantastic at both moving it to, and tightly packing it into the van. We also lived in a very narrow, one-way street in Edinburgh and the move occured in the middle of the fringe festival. Regardless, Omar made some impressive driving manoeuvres and managed to slip by the traffic.

He arrived 50mins late stated he was told anytime between 12 & 1. I phoned at 1215 to ask where he was he said would be another 25 minutes is that ok? I said no but had no choice. This caused some inconvenience as I had to be at the other property for 1 o'clock to pick up the keys. So I had to leave my 2 friends to load the van. However I was led to believe that Ali not Omar helped with loading the van as he did at the new property. In view of this and his apologies I paid the charge. I paid for 2 hours 12-2 and got 40 minutes in reality. I should have kept the van till 2.55 in my understanding!
