Omar was fantastic

Reason l said you were late wasn't the drivers fault, move booked for 10am, but don't blame the driver as he was excellent and very helpful and respectful and we both thought that also he was so helpful, we couldn't find any fault with him so top marks to the driver

Arrived three hours early. We were not ready and furniture disassembly happened at the same time as the van being loaded. What should have been a fairly quick and easy loading and unloading of a van became a trial that ran over time. We had to take over loading the van because it was "full" despite half the van being empty. Had the driver arrived on time, everything going in the van would have been ready and waiting to go in the van, it would have been a much smoother process and we wouldn't be out of pocket for the overtime.

Omar and his colleague were extremely professional and handled our precious item with great care when transporting from one home to another I will definitely use Omar and this very efficient online service again

Excellent service, very happy with the driver and the service.

Omar was very pleasant and helpful. We had a lot of awkward furniture to move and he was fantastic at both moving it to, and tightly packing it into the van. We also lived in a very narrow, one-way street in Edinburgh and the move occured in the middle of the fringe festival. Regardless, Omar made some impressive driving manoeuvres and managed to slip by the traffic.
