Driver Profile

It just wasn’t a nice experience. The driver called 2 hours earlier than the time I had booked for asking if I was ready and he seemed annoyed when I said no. He didn’t help very much with moving stuff into the new place even though we were still well under the hour mark I had paid for. If I hadn’t had other people helping me, I would’ve really struggled. I wouldn’t recommend him.

This move went perfectly. The two man team were at the pickup point before us and quickly and efficiently set about loading our stuff from storage into the van. As soon as they arrived at the destination they started moving everything up our loft and then upstairs to our loft. Fast, efficient and very easy to work with. We would recommend and will be using again ourselves.

The actual move was very hassle free. But unfortunately, the driver told my friend that we hadn't paid extra for the stairs at either flat so didn't help to move our stuff up the second flight of stairs and my housemate and I really struggled to lug things up from the first floor to our flat. I had paid extra for all the stairs so it was very disappointing to receive this treatment, especially as I deliberately bought this help as I have chronic back pain.

Extremely pleasant driver and aide who worked quickly to dismantle, move and reconstruct my bookcase unit. Every care taken with the glass cabinet. Would be happy to book again- thank you!
