He arrived 50mins late stated he was told anytime between 12 & 1. I phoned at 1215 to ask where he was he said would be another 25 minutes is that ok? I said no but had no choice. This caused some inconvenience as I had to be at the other property for 1 o'clock to pick up the keys. So I had to leave my 2 friends to load the van. However I was led to believe that Ali not Omar helped with loading the van as he did at the new property. In view of this and his apologies I paid the charge. I paid for 2 hours 12-2 and got 40 minutes in reality. I should have kept the van till 2.55 in my understanding!

Omar was very polite and helpful and worked diligently to ensure that the van was packed quickly and safely. When we got to Safestore he helpfully suggested that we fully unload the van onto four trolleys and take everything up in one trip, which saved a great deal of time and effort.

Omar was fantastic, really professional and made the whole exprience much less stressful. Would absolutely recommend!

Omar is brilliant, easy going and very helpful. I highly recommend. He came well in time and even helped me with loading/unloading even though during booking I selected "no help required".

Jamal was excellent and very helpful. I did pay for a driver and one helper but only Jamal was there so I would expect some form of refund as I did pay for this service but did not receive it.
