Outstanding service. Kamara was brilliant and made our move so easy. We had a lot of stairs but this was no issue for them. All of our belongings were taken care of. Would highly recommend.

The service was good up to the point that they was transferring the couch and chairs into the new house. They told us the front door had to come off but they refused to do it and made me( who got a bad back and neck ) and my 72 year-old mother do it. They also refused to put the door back on. Luckily my niece boyfriend said he would come down and put it back for us.

Driver didnt let us put more boxes in the van even though they had space - reason was it didnt fit my description, however doesnt seem reasonable and there was plenty of time and we were helping carrying things too. Also left without saying anything so communication could have been better.
