Driver contacted me about an hour before arrival. Driver was professional & respectful. Driver was careful with my furniture. I would recommend this driver.

Very efficient and nice man. He really helped

Driver and loader were very friendly and efficient. However, there was a huge problem with the organisation and allocation of drivers. The night before our move, our original driver was cancelled. We were informed of the replacement driver but no one informed us this was the same team who would be moving the person we were swapping with. This meant all our items had to be unloaded onto the garden before any of the old tenant's items could be moved out of her house. This made the move a much longer process than it should have been, which my partner and I had to fix by doing a lot of the unloading ourselves. If we hadn't done this, our bed would have had to have sat in the garden for at least an hour. This also meant that some of the former tenant's items were scratched while our stuff was being loaded into the house. If we had gotten the service we paid for, then both houses would have been empty for the other person to move straight into. Ultimately, two vans were hired for this move and only one was provided. Both tenants deserve some money back for receiving half a service.

If I could I would give more starts, he was very kind and helpful. Got to the address 15 mins earlier helped us and taking good care of our stuff. I can just recommend him. We booked him kind of last minute and still he managed to come and help us with the moving. Thank you again
