It took 2 men 4 hours to empty a small 2 room first floor flat with a lift (no white goods) and transport a 5 minute journey to the new address. My son in law and my 80 year old husband had to help unload to save us being charged even more extra time. They arrived 1hr late and took over 20 mins to arrive at the new address having taken a break which they say they deducted from our time. They also collected an item from another house while on our job. They were however at all times courteous and friendly.
QMAV Response: The driver explained: When we arrived and was shown the items (which were quite a lot) and the location of the building, I told them it would take longer than they expected. The building was a block flat and the nearest loading bay was about 70 meters away. . The building had lift and the nearest lift was about 50m away from their door. You can imagine walking total distance of 120 meters to move each item and how long it should take. The customer booked for a Luton Van which apparently means they knew they had so many items. Their items almost filled up the Luton van. It was really difficult job. The customer did confirm to us they underestimated the size of items they had. The customer complained of taking 20 minutes to arrive. I explained we were dehydrated due to high temperature and stopped at BP Station to buy some drinks. When we asked for cold water af the collection address, she said they didn't have one. Despite my explanation she kept complaining. I think it is a common sense for the customer to understand that people doing such difficult job under the sun should atleast drink cold water.

Despite the fact the driver was late because of traffic, Stanley was super helpful with the van loading and unloading. Definitely recommended!

Company informed me 20min before the time that my driver has cancelled so they sent someone which is expected to be late as it was a sudden job, booking was at 12:00 and Kevin arrived at 14:20. I ordered a luton van but I got large van instead, luckily everything fits in the van. Kevin on the other hand was very efficient, helpful and friendly. I definitely suggest him to other costumers.

Driver contacted me about an hour before arrival. Driver was professional & respectful. Driver was careful with my furniture. I would recommend this driver.
