Abi was excellent, was on time, respectful of our belongings, put a blanket on things that needed to be protected, was really friendly and welcoming, very efficient on loading things in and unloading them at the destination, we made a great decision with booking him and will definitely book him for further movings. We would definitely recommend!

My driver arrived 4 hours later than the arranged pick up date. When he called me to let me know he didn’t apologies and the time he would be arriving kept going back. He kept on talking over me and making excuses as to why he’d be late. When he eventually got to the pick up address he complained that I had all this extra time to arrange my items so it would be easier to transport. All my items were downstairs at the front of the house. He explained that he meant he wanted all the square items near the door so he could take it in easier. He didn’t let me know before that moment, but I had already put the square items near the door he thought other . He then said that I had too many things. The van didn’t start and we had to wait outside for him to fix it. We were travelling down the motorway about 25 miles slower than the recommended 70mph and when I asked if there was something wrong with the van he said it wasn’t great on the motorway, even though the journey was always down the motorway. I have quite literally never received worse service in my life. At no point was I offered any sort of compensation. I will not be using this service again. 4 hours late!

The driver was delayed due to the unusually heavy traffic and numerous road works on his route. Upon arrival he was helpful and diligent in his work. I would highly recommend the driver for his due care when handling your articles.
