He was ok

The person who was supposed to come didn’t come and instead sent someone else who didn’t even know Rajesh( assigned driver). He was 30 mins late. First, Rajesh will convince you for bigger van to charge extra. It’s only when I saw the van size I realised it is way bigger than my requirement. No straps or blanket of course. Then they claimed I gave wrong info but I had clearly written everything while booking. So I had to move half of the stuffs myself. Then Rajesh called and accused me of giving wrong information but he was actually trying to get paid extra money, when I had given as accurate information as possible. Later I realised I had to pay way extra for moving, so you can’t rely on the rates given in the website because Rajesh will create a situation to get extra money. Anyway a horrible experience. Even the driver who came apologised for Rajesh’s behaviour and for charging me extra money. Anyway I only gave 2 stars because the driver was polite and he also felt bad for making me pay extra and the way they treated me. So beware of this company (I read similar reviews but ignored and paid the price) thanks

They are very quick and polite

Raj contacted me the day before the check details of what was to be transported so he brought the correct sized van - I had ordered a van that was far too small for the job - and bought a big enough van. Raj called me 10 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Ray was very helpful and positive.

He insisted to come earlier, and even though booked the van for 2 hours he wanted to leave after 1 hour because “he has another order,” and wanted to drop my things in front of the building before the new landlord came to give me the keys. They also forgot one box back at my previous accommodation because they were rushing the process.

Both driver and the extra man to help were great! Really helpful, respectful and too great caution with my stuff. I would decently recommend quick man and a van!
