Driver Profile

The actual moving of my items was good, no problems. Great service. However, few problems encountered with communication in finding me - he went to my delivery address first; instead of my pick up Address and then, had trouble finding the new address again; despite me giving him directions. Bit frustrating all round. Disappointing.

Samuel and his colleague did a great job for me. We managed to get everything in the van despite there being so much stuff and we got a bulky sofa out by removing the feet after it wouldn't fit through the door. They were both resourceful and careful with my possessions. I would definitely recommend them.

Samuel and Ben have been very nice, friendly and helpful with our moving out. They have a huge van and they handled our things with care. We booked for 2 hours but they finished earlier than that. Definitely recommended!!

The driver was kind and respectful and called me back each time. When I called George in the customer service office he was the complete opposite and never called me back as promised. I would use Sam again, but not through Quick Man and Van, the service was horrible!

Moving is always difficult but Samuel made the experience a lot better with his kind personality and being very helpful. He provided bankers, a trolley and was very helpful when lifting all the heavy boxes. I would recommend this service! :) Queralt.

Amazing. What a great team to help me move to a new flat. They were careful, courteous, on time, very quick and l couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely recommend Samuel. Very grateful to have had such a good experience.

Was good other than being late.

Both thr driver and helper were excellent, was only slightly late but that wasn't a problem as the traffic in our area at present is awful due to road works

They were not on time, due to the Blackwall tunnel closure but kept us in the loop on their eta. Extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our move in a success.
