Samuel was an absolute delight! respectful, immaculately presented, and genuinely attentive throughout. The van was spotless, the experience smooth, and I dare say… it felt less like a move and more like being chauffeured between estates. A rare gem in this day and age. Five stars, effortlessly earned.

The actual moving of my items was good, no problems. Great service. However, few problems encountered with communication in finding me - he went to my delivery address first; instead of my pick up Address and then, had trouble finding the new address again; despite me giving him directions. Bit frustrating all round. Disappointing.

Samuel and his colleague did a great job for me. We managed to get everything in the van despite there being so much stuff and we got a bulky sofa out by removing the feet after it wouldn't fit through the door. They were both resourceful and careful with my possessions. I would definitely recommend them.
