I believe my driver's name was Shafki, not Muhammad, as the booking said. Shafki was 40 minutes early which meant I did not have all the time I thought I did to complete packing. However, he was extremely polite and helpful, very strong and went above and beyond to help me pack the van. I am very grateful to him for his friendly and helpful attitude during the move.
