Jean was very respectful of my property & stuff, he couldn’t get the sofa on so came back the next morning to collect & deliver to where it was going

Jean was very pleasant and polite. Very helpful and even helped remove a door to get a rather large table into my house. I wouldn't hesitate to employ Jean and his van again.

I had a terrible experience! Will never ever use the service again. Firstly, the drive was late for an hour more than the agreed time the day before (which he suggested 30mins earlier than my booking), he didn’t call me in advance that he was going to be late, instead, he didn’t answer my call. When he finally came he was not apologetic saying he woke up late cause he went to a friends party yesterday night! Then he was trying to charge me an extra half hour! When we are almost there he tried to take the road with more traffic (I was checking it on google map!), and insisted that I paid him extra… when he actually just worked maybe 8 mins more because he intentionally took the road with more traffic and had a wrong roundabout… what a disaster experience! Who compensate my time wasted for waiting him to come????

I had a very good experience moving with Jean. He is very effective and helpful nothing was to much trouble. I travelled in the van with him, he is polite and friendly. I highly recommend him.
