Jean and his partner were fantastic! They were extremely efficient and helpful. Jean communicated in advance so we could finalise the time. He emptied my large storage locker and drove the contents all the way to Kent where he then put them away in my parents’ shed. I would definitely recommend him.

Jean was great. Strong, respectful of my stuff, packed carefully and used his space really well and was super easy on the clutch he drove very carefully. All over no hesitation highly recommending Jean he gave me a gold standard move.

I had a terrible experience! Will never ever use the service again. Firstly, the drive was late for an hour more than the agreed time the day before (which he suggested 30mins earlier than my booking), he didn’t call me in advance that he was going to be late, instead, he didn’t answer my call. When he finally came he was not apologetic saying he woke up late cause he went to a friends party yesterday night! Then he was trying to charge me an extra half hour! When we are almost there he tried to take the road with more traffic (I was checking it on google map!), and insisted that I paid him extra… when he actually just worked maybe 8 mins more because he intentionally took the road with more traffic and had a wrong roundabout… what a disaster experience! Who compensate my time wasted for waiting him to come????
