He was 20 mins late and he was insisting on me paying the congestion charge, which I didn't want to pay. I ended up paying 4 pound more than the agreed charge(£61) and had to move 3 boxes myself to the 3rd floor cause he was rushing to get out of the congestion charge area.

Came on time and assisted us. Polite and kind.
