driver arrived 45 minutes late to start. When the driver delivered our goods to our requested location, the goods weren't packed well, causing damage to our table, luckily we bubble-wrapped our electronic items or they too would have been damaged very unsatisfied with the service received today.

Driver was extremely unprofessional and uncooperative, making the move very stressful. Items were damaged with a lack of customer care when moving items. I have raised a separate detailed complaint in regard to the whole moving experience and damage of my items.

Jean did a great job. He had a positive attitude, a helpful demeanour, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The move went smoothly and easily! I can't thank him enough.

My driver Jean did contact me to let me know he was going to be late. There were blankets. No straps. Jean was very good with lifting and moving. Very polite. Thank you so much.

Jean was amazing! We had so much stuff to move and were worried that it wouldn't fit, but Jean's excellent stacking skills and dedication meant that it all fit into the van and into our destination. Jean was perfectly on time, carried all our heavy items with ease, and was very kind and helpful. We finished our move under our timeframe and made a potentially stressful day very peaceful. Very helpful and responsive, the whole moving process was smooth

We had an unsatisfactory experience with our driver. He did a satisfactory job of helping us load and unload all of our items, but did so with sparing little care. At one point he overloaded a trolley causing several boxes to fall and break fragile items inside. We were also disappointed to find that some of our furniture had been scratched once we had unpacked it. We chose to travel with our driver in the van, and were uncomfortable with his manner of driving. Often dangerously and inconsiderately switching lanes as well as running multiple red lights.

A wonderful experience. Jean and his colleague were very helpful and mindful to protect the sofa I was transporting.

He was on time and helped either moving the furniture at both locations. He didn't have blankets, but arranged everything nicely. He was on the phone whilst moving the furniture, which was a little confusing as I didn't know whether he was talking to me or not. He was responsive over text, which was useful as he got a little lost at the drop-off location. It was also disappointing from the online service that it couldn't be reduced after we had already moved the furniture down the flight of stairs the day before, but that wasn't the driver's fault.
