Syed Ahmed was very punctual. He was respectful and helpful.

Driver was friendly and helpful with loading and unloading. However, they were 24 minutes late so we could have missed our drop off slot at the dump. Despite being booked for 2h they went to their next job after we finished (1h early) rather than driving me back to my place (although they did take me part of the way). Not the end of the world, but it wouldn't have been too much of a detour...

QMAV Response: Since you booked only the route from Collection to Delivery, the driver was not responsible to transport you back to the collection address. This extra trip would require extra mileage cost + 1 additional stop point cost, even it is done within the booked time.

Five star for Syed Ahmed. Very punctual, he was here on time, not even a minute late and I was really pleased because it meant my plans afterwards went smoothly. He not only helped to load and unload but helped us organise the bags and boxes into the storage. Had plenty of room left in the storage after his arrangement. Will definitely book him again
