Everything was very good 👍🏻 thank you!

He was a good communicator and very helpful ensure that the majority of the work was done by him. I tried to work as hard as him but he won't let me, he even gave me a couple of his own bin bags when mine break.

The overall performance of the driver was great, apart from the language barrier making his job a bit more difficult in communication. Thanks a lot and please keep it up!

Possibly the best man with a van I've had yet. Friendly, on time, took care with my stuff and was quick. Thanks for making my move go smoothly.

Unfortunately was the most stressful experience I've had. Driver didn't really speak English, tried saying I needed to pay more for a van when infact I'd paid for a large van, didn't really load the van correctly and infact myself and my neighbour moved more, I was informed by his box later that he has hurt his back a few days before! The incorrect loading meant we couldn't get the item from the second location, told the driver to not go there and head to storage. I headed to storage, I get a call after 25 mins saying he is at the stop point! I was driving and he requested I send the next location details when they were on the sheet. Then took the driver an hour, slightly more to get to me as he got lost. I then had to pay an additional amount because it had gone over time. They didn't charge me for 1 hour of it but they charged me half hour in effect when had the driver not been new, injured or unable to understand instructions and get lost... I'm sure this would of been a positive review. Infact the whole palarva put me 2hours behind and caused a huge inconvenience for the rest of the day.
