Was 15 minutes late because he couldn’t find the address. Van was a bit smaller than anticipated but we made it work. Overall, satisfied as we got the job done!

Quick and efficient. Took good caution in handling my belongings. Highly recommended!

The driver and helper were friendly, but they rushed the move leading to damage. They had told us in advance they might be up to an hour late, but arrived nearly 1hr 20mins late. We had booked for 4 hours, and completed the move in less than 3hr 15mins, but with a broken lightbulb and light fitting, a few dropped/torn boxes, and a damaged ceiling panel. I think if they had used all the time we paid for these things wouldn't have happened.
