Driver Profile

Eric was very professional and respectful initially. He arrived on time and did help with loading and off loading my things as agreed. However due to perhaps a technical issue with the balance of his payment, amended to include 1 flight of stair( which I had erroneously omitted at the time of booking), he became botherline aggressive and the use of poor tone which I found appalling. This caused me to make 2 simultaneous transfers to his account details as he claimed he didn't receive it despite my account debited and the transaction showing as complete. Unfortunately my bank could not help resolve this issue and you can imagine the additional financial and psychological stress this was for me. In future it would be helpful to clarify if cash payment was required. Thank you.
