The driving was fine and he was friendly. Driving was also fine, and very respectful. But unfortunately he didn't really take proper care when moving my items. three of my shelves were damaged significantly with scratches, dents and paint coming off.

The only thing is he did not take my things up he just left them in the lobby and drove off he left me a message that he had to run or leave
