The booking was easy and fast. The driver was on time and very helpful. During moving we thought we lost one box so I called the customer service. Within 3 minutes they connected me with the driver who was helpful and searched throughout. At the end, all of our furniture and fragile stuff arrived safe and unharmed. It is a very good service, I would recommend it.

The Driver was supposed to arrive a lot earlier, this meant I had staff waiting at an empty property for several hours, this was not convenient at all. However when the driver did arrive the service was professional and everything was delivered before we had to hand the keys back.
