Oleksandr Vasyliev was absolutely amazing! He was extremely efficient, helpful, friendly and methodological with ensuring all our belongings were safe and secure. We booked the service for 2 hours but as Oleksandr was so rapid we were done within 1.5 hours. Would 100% use him and this service for any other moves and recommend to others.

Slightly late due to traffic but it was Easter Saturday at 12 and it did not matter because they were brilliant. Very quick. Very polite, versatile and completed earlier than planned. Kept me informed before and during. Would highly recommend and use again.

We had a different person turn up compared to who it should have been Oleksandr Vasyliev, instead they sent a guy called Dudar, he has a van sign written with his name. I wish I had read the other reviews here and other review sites about him online before he started. I had to come home from work early and stop them from carrying on the job as I could see on my cameras they were purposely being slow, on the phone in the back of the van, and there are multiple items that have been damaged, there was no intention to rectify the issues. It took nearly 2 hours to load a luton van where everything was ground floor. I have now had to arrange someone else to come and complete the job tomorrow. The guy even left me his business card and said if I go direct to him next time he will do it cheaper and cut out the company that refered him. I told him I was not happy with the service provided and called the main company who were supposed to be here. They said he has worked there for a while. Make sure you check the other reviews before booking, and that the correct person with the correct reviews turns up. Ive used the site a few times before and never had an issue. Was disappointing to have this experience.
