OK was extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. He also helped unload my belongings and placed them where required. I'd say he went above and beyond. He was also good communicating prior to the removal. Very pleasant and warm chap.

Okechukwu was fantastic. Arrived on time, waited patiently for us to get flat access and even assisted with organising the items in the van to ensure everything was transported safely. I would highly recommend him.

Driver asked to come 30 min early which was fine as we were ready . He did choose to go through congestion zone though which was not discussed with us as we had plenty of time , finished even 30 min earlier . But was charged an extra £15 for C charge. The only thing I was not happy about as otherwise he was helpful

Very good experience. The driver even suggested to change the time of the move to ensure we get not stuck in London traffic
