Polite and helpful driver. However did not have any blankets or straps, eventhough I had a TV. He carried everything by himself without using any trolley which worried me as I had heavy boxes.

I was really pleased with the overall experience! The driver arrived early, was super helpful and it all went smoothly. I was really stressed about the whole experience. Id happily use the driver and this site again :)
