Driver Profile

Ran a little late, but kept me up to date as to his arrival time. He also more than made up time while here; quick & very effective, I had to do very little. Polite, courteous and a good (careful) driver. I couldn't have asked for more.

Kazeem was great. He didn’t know he was doing my job until the morning as the arranged driver had to drop out due to some issue. But the platform rescheduled to him at the last minute and he did a perfect job. We were only moving one piece of furniture from the Cheshire/Derbyshire boarder to Media city so it was quite easy in that regard. But a long way to the pick up point, arriving on time. He quickly got the cabinet loaded and safely tied down, which was necessary due to the twisted and hilly roads out in the countryside. Got to the drop off destination quickly, unloaded and went on his way. Easy, professional, courteous and no fuss. Just what I was looking for.

Kazeem is a lovely, polite and very professional driver who goes above and beyond to ensure customer expectations are being met.

Kazeem and his colleague were great, they loaded the van carefully and unloaded everything in to the respective rooms the other end, he even took away some rubbish for us saving us the hassle of going to the tip. He was respectful and considerate of our belongings and home. Highly recommended.

More like 4.5 stars really, they were a bit late but the van was great, the drivers were professional, respectful and very hard working. Overall very pleased

Kazeem did a grand job helping us with moving home. There was a glitch in the beginning through no drivers fault but he did everything to help us even though it was a last minute job, and was very polite, and helpful.

Top guy, was very friendly and careful with the stuff, and tried hard to get as much in the van with some efficient packing. Would recommend.

Kaz was great! He called me and asked if we could bring the time forward in great time rather than a last minute change. Although I asked for a medium van he came with a Luton van which was a massive bonus because it saved a second journey. He was helpful, respectful and helped us move our furniture with care and speed. He was patient. Overall I am really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Kaz. Huge van and great deal as well!

Very nice gentleman, he helped us with the moving despite we didnt ask for. He is quick and professional when moving. Also, he was very kind to lend us the trolley for our extra movings. Great driver！

Initially had a driver booked for 3pm. Driver called up at 12 to advise he would be coming at 3:30, not 3. I informed him that I needed a driver to come at 3, as we needed enough time to get to the storage facility before it shut. The driver then informed me that he will come at 3, no worries. At about 2:30, I get a call from the driver telling me that the replacement driver cannot make it for three, but will come at half 3. I was never told that I was having a replacement driver, I was told that the original driver would still come at three. He then gives me this new guy's details. I call the new driver at half 3, as he still has not arrived and am informed that he will come at 4. The new driver arrived at 4, an hour later than booked for. The new driver had no straps or blankets to secure my items. When he was storing my stuff in the van, he threw a white duvet over my bike, which of course meant the duvet was all stained with oil from the bike. I had let the original driver know that we needed to be picked up at three to get to the storage facility in time. In the end we had to pay extortionate late check in fees at the storage facility because the driver was an hour late. Won't be using this service again and would advise people to stay away from it.

Whilst he was quite late, he was incredibly helpful and respectful, and worked hard to ensure that our original timeframe was met. Would definitely book again.
