The van driver called in the morning and asked to delay by 3 hours, with no other option we agreed. At 3pm we started moving our things onto the road for the van arrival, only to get a phone call to say he wouldn’t be arriving until 7pm. We came back at 7pm and waited in the rain, the van didn’t show and didn’t pick up our calls. We are still waiting for a refund and so far our request has been ignored. Very stressful experience- would not recommend

I recommend Kevin and his team. They moved us without any fuss and really packed our things well and got as much in the van as possible. I will definitely use them again.

He drove professionally and it was a smooth ride

Kevin arrived 30 minutes late. A bit disappointing as I told him I needed him at the property for 8am sharp because of a delivery scheduled in the morning, but there were traffic problems, so not entirely his fault. He was friendly and did a good job with the loading / unloading. The whole operation took 2h40m, whereas I only paid for 2h30m, so I got charged £20 for an extra half hour. Overall Kevin was fine. Giving him 3* as he could have been better, could have been worse - somewhere in the middle.

The driver and one helper arrived 15 min late but they were very helpful and professional.
