The drive was lovely, and he was very helpful. We enjoyed spending time together, and the journey itself was a positive experience. However, this booking was arranged as a replacement for another booking that fell through due to a lack of timely communication. The uncertainty surrounding the original booking was quite destabilising for me until I was able to get in touch with customer service, who arranged this replacement driver. Thankfully, that was handled well and resulted in a positive outcome. That said, it is worth noting that if you accept a later replacement driver, you will not be compensated for any delays, inconvenience, or lack of communication associated with the original booking.
