My driver was amazing. He was early and efficient. He worked quickly and was so strong. I will definitely use him again when I move my furniture out of storage

The driver arrived early. He was polite, respectful and helpful. He is clearly skilled too - he somehow managed to reverse into my friend's driveway, despite its width being no wider than the width of his removal van!

Mihail and his friend were very efficient and got the job done quickly. They were lovely and clearly experienced. I would definitely book them again.

Driver was a nice guy who drove safely and did what was needed to do. The only issue I had was that his English was not great, but better than my Romanian. Ultimately we communicated OK and I had absolutely no issues at all with him, in fact I would be happy if he came again, as I say he was professional and got the job done with no fuss at all. I was also really happy that he dropped me back as I was not sure whether it was part of the deal, however having paid for 2 hrs and it was all over in 45mins I felt that to not drive me back would have been a bit wrong. I just want to touch on the above question of strap and blankets - there was only one item to move (a sofa bed) that cam with cushions etc. I wasn't paying too much attention but the actual item didn't really need a strap or blanket so I want to say that this was not a problem for me as the item came off as it went on.
