Really great service, super friendly and efficient. Took the stress out for me, was very calm and polite and worked really fast. He was only a few minutes late as my home is difficult to find, so not his fault. And he worked at such speed we were still done within the hour. He was even very flexible when we had to take my bed out the back door, he really was great, I recommend!

The driver was late, two hours, no booked for 19;00 but didn't turn up til 21;00. I was moving some plants to my allotment and the driver almost ran over my plants when he tried to reverse. The messaging around the delay was non existent, I would've expected the driver to have contacted me to say he was going to be late. The van he came one was also larger than was expected and there was a lot of man handling and plants were nearly run over when the driver reversed to exist the destination. Very disappointed at the delay, There were a lot of excuses, "pulled over by police", I'm still in central London at 19:00. He said he'd be an hour late and this turned into two. Feel my £70 was not well spent. Won't use again.
