Driver caught up in traffic but kept me fully appraised of his ETA. He helped load the boxes, which were full of ceramics, very carefully. It was the hottest day of the year and he stayed cool and calm. He was friendly and interested, it was a pleasant journey. I recommend him highly, thank you!
