Driver Profile

The driver was polite, competent and professional. However, he was 2 hours late.

The night before the pick up he rang me and said he would be turning up at 12 instead of 9. It was only due to the fact I said I had a hospital appointment that he then agreed to come at the booked time. He then arrived at 9.30am and not 9am. However they were very courteous when they arrived. A bit of a language barrier though.

My driver was actually a Mr Singh, and he was indeed a helpful, professional and a good driver. There were some tense moments because of the complete lack of access to parking (at both ends), but we seemed to manage. It must be hugely stressful to try to do your job with the threat of sizeable parking fines at every turn. None of the above, however, was my driver’s fault.

Driver was nearly 2 hours late, but otherwise driver was polite and helpful. He drove very carefully and loaded the van nicely

Singh, my actual driver, was amazing. He could not have been more helpful on the day; arrived early, communicated well, was dog-friendly, and worked really hard to squeeze my furniture into a storage container, he persevered, when others would not. I am very grateful for his help, I hope he is available next time 😁!

The driver was helpful in loading the van. He had his son with him, so I couldn't travel in the van with my partner and had to make an alternative travel plan there, but that's ok

Khalid was helpful and patient as we weren’t as prepared as we would like to have been and took the stress out of the situation which we were very grateful for. The van was also very large so everything fitted in very easily.
