Driver Profile

This was not a pleasant experience. Whilst the driver turned up on time and got the items to the first destination and back to the second destination, the incessant time pressure and push to add extra charges (£15 for walking nine steps - one time only) to the bill was very unpleasant indeed. I had booked the driver for three hours, and he kept reminding me that he had an appointment in Liverpool and really didn't want to do the full three hours. It left me with a very unpleasant feeling. The booking interface itself leaves one open to charges one is not aware of when asking for the initial quote. That is very unfortunate.

Mladen was great. He arrived early (after calling to see if that was ok) and made the move incredibly seamless and easy. He was very friendly and couldn’t have asked for more from him

Mladen was on time and quickly loaded the van ensuring everything was secure with straps and blankets.
