Driver Profile

Karim was fantastic, extremely efficient, did all the hard work (I was quite happy to, just needed a van & driver), while being friendly and professional. The manager of the company called me in the morning on the moving day to confirm details, and suggested a larger van, which proved to be the right call.. The overall cost was a bit higher than I'd expected, but did include additional hours, and give how good the service was, I was happy to pay it. The company's, and in particular Karim's rating, is very well deserved!

DO NOT BOOK!!! The driver was incredibly disrespectful, a terrible driver and racist! When he arrived, he greeted my family and told me “do you not see adults talking”. He also claimed that he was not the person the booking was with and that there was a different “manager” organising, despite there being a picture of him on the profile. He kept on going on his phone to watch football whilst driving. He drove fast over speed bumps and could hear my belonging slamming into the floor. I had to tell him to slow down multiple times and record as he made me feel really unsafe. He claimed that he was treating me this way because “we’re all Africans”. He’s a light skin Egyptian man and I’m a black women, just confirming that his poor treatment towards me was because of my skin colour and gender. The overall experience with Karim was stressful and abusive.

Outstanding service

the driver was very passive, and slow like walk in a park, I had to do 70% of the work during loading, he was even asking why I was hurrying, ofc I was hurrying, I was paying for the hours! he even complained about the flat too far from van. the guy took time to refueling half way to destination and we ended 2hrs and 35mins and he insisted to charge extra 1 hr! terrible service and greedy guy. avoid at all cost!

Great service- would highly highly recommend this gentleman.
