He was amazing very organised and full of energy. He seemed to have very good practical knowledge about how to negotiate awkward spaces when moving large objects, which was very helpful. Polite and friendly manner was he was very helpful. 10/10. Thanks Jozsef.

This booking was a disaster. We had 3 drop offs to make Van was an hour and a half late meaning we missed our delivery slot.on one location. We also had to delay the next delivery to the following day. JP also charged us an extra £20 saying we had booked the wrong van despite all the items fitting on the van that was sent. He refused to unload the goods until we had paid this £20, effectively blackmailing us. So in summary, from 3 drops planned we had 1 an hour and a half late, 1 a day late, 1 never happened, and we had to pay an extra £20 than the agreed price....
