Driver Profile

I had booked the pick up time the day before to be 11am. This is the time that I had expected the driver to show up. A few minutes before 11am, I called Adrian asking for an ETA. He said he was stuck in traffic and wouldn't arrive by 11.35. That was acceptable to me. But after Adrian didn't arrive by 11.35, I called again and he said was still stuck in traffic. Eventually he arrived at 12pm - one whole hour late, which was very frustrating since it affected the rest of my day. Adrian was apologetic and explained that he was stuck in traffic. He had a good attitude and did the job well. It's just unfortunate that he was late by an hour.

Adrian was right on time and very professional, hard-working, and friendly. Great communication too. Would 100% recommend and would not hesitate to contact again for future removals.
