During booking process it was confirmed that one person can travel in the Van , driver doesn’t know that and he declined

Barely helped, mostly stood on his phone whilst we did all the lifting, despite us requesting driver help.

Ibrahim was efficient in loading up and unloading, so quick that he loaded up within 12 minutes for a flats worth of items (4 people's!)

Ibrahim provided an excellent service this morning so professional and we all worked together like clockwork. He went above and beyond and this was money well spent on a tidy and professional removal.

I absolutely recommend Ibrahim; he was extremely efficient and hardworking from start to finish. He was highly organised, worked quickly, and knew exactly how to fit our furniture and items perfectly into the van and storage unit, optimising the space well. To top it all off, as well as being excellent with the job, Ibrahim was warm, thoughtful and friendly. A total professional! Would book again! Thank you Ibs.

Although the driver arrived 10mins early, he was respectful, however, one of the guys with him were constantly on the phone, they did not pack the van to the full capacity, so he insisted on making a 2nd run which meant I would have had extra charges, as a result I told him at 1hr 58mins, not to bother, he had loaded the van in 30 mins, drove the 5 mins to the new address and proceeded to take an hour and a half to unload, unloading is quicker than loading, i used to do the job sono know, leaving each item at the door, so my wife had to move them so they could bring the next one, the sofa was filthy as they pretty much dragged it, the fridge freezer now has a dent in the side, and the driver did not help, he just stood on the back of the van waiting.

The driver arrived two hours late, likely because of traffic or another issue. It was somewhat inconvenient because I was expecting a different timing. On the positive side, the driver helped to load and unload the boxes and things- Thank you. . Generally, everything went fine.
