Both men were absolutely fantastic, they got the job done quickly and efficiently & were very careful with my items. They also made an additional stop off to empty my storage unit, couldn’t have been happier with the service!

The driver wasn't the two people who I had doing the moving. It was the worst experience ever. My stuff wasn't being treated with care, and the van was already with other people's property, like a bike inside and some screws that broke my plants. They called me to come at 12 instead of 10, which ok. Then the "driver" was staying inside the van on his phone, and the other was moving things slowly out (mind you, everything was labelled, organised, and there were just a few things that, as a woman with a physical disability shouldn't carry myself). The "driver" was just helping pick up a few of the heavier bits. It took them over 1:15h to move everything when it could be done in 30-45 minutes max, being two of them plus me carrying stuff too. We arrived at the other property, they were taking my stuff for 45 minutes and leaving everything under the rain, which includes old paintings, my bedsheets, furniture that got so soaked that the wood is splitting, and I had to throw away a nightstand, a bookshelf, a 4x4 kallak shelf, 3 paintings, rewash all my bedding, and all the clothes inside the luggage because it was still wet. When I went to see what was going on and why I'm the only one bringing my stuff to the second floor for 35 minutes, they were digging into my broken plants, taking screws and personal items, and got upset and contacted their "boss", this Gheorghe guy. Because how dare I complain about their lack of work ethic, leaving my stuff in the rain and breaking boxes with fragile stuff that were specifically labelled as such. Not even gonna mention that they destroyed the new paper wall and made a hole in the wall while bringing upstairs a bookshelf, and also broke its leg. Then, when they are called out on this shitshow, they call their boss again to leave everything outside in the rain and leave. The boss tried to make me not leave a complaint by giving me "for free" one hour of my own work. I have to spend over £300 to get everything replaced or fixed, and finish bringing my stuff that they left.

The driver and the additional help were extremely helpful. They tried their very best to do a good job, they found solutions where the items were tricky to move and fit through the door, altogether I would definitely recommend this driver.

Super friendly and did the job incredibly well

The moving team arrived 1.5 hours late, which caused an inconvenience. In addition, I found the service not professional enough when handling items from the far corner of the property, as care and efficiency seemed lacking during that part of the move.

A great team helped me to move some very large pot plants and I was so impressed with the whole process. The men had such a positive can'-do attitude, they were quick and efficient and very professional. The whole thing went off like clock-work. Thank you!
