Nice guy, polite and helpful

Very helpful and punctual. No problems at all.

Forday and his colleague turned up cheerful and raring to go. They were friendly, efficient, polite and super helpful . They got everything out of the flat into their van quickly and set off to our new house. They unloaded and put everything exactly where we wanted and wouldn't stop til it was all done! We were happy to pay the extra overtime so they could get it all done. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Worth over 5 stars!

Lovely fella and extremely helpful

The driver arrived an hour late then was very slow. We paid for 2 people but the second didn’t come up with any items once which seemed really odd. We really just wanted them to bring things up to the flat and leave them but he did a lot of bringing things to individual rooms too which really slowed the process down. We tried to explain this several times but it didnt change anything.

Very good mannerism. Very helpful and respectful. Job well done.

Great driver would recommend

Came 45min late on top of 1.5h postpoment. Wasn't very helpful carrying the boxes up and down. Walked in on my partner in the bathroom without knocking. Asked me to charge his phone. Kept complaining how he doesn't make money off of this job because he had to rent a ven, as his broke down. Threw boxes randomly in the van, very disorganised. Shook boxes, had to tell him not to shake when he hear glass inside. Terrible experience. Would not recommend him. Very disorganised, chaotic, not punctual, unprofessional driver.

Our move today went so smoothly and much quicker than we planned! The van was very spacious and equipped with everything needed to keep our stuff (valuables were very well protected)!Our driver was on time and incredibly helpful and kind so the whole move was surprisingly easy and pleasurable! Many thanks:)
