Rodrigo was punctual, very quick and efficient in loading our stuff. He did not complain about how heavy my stuff were. We were ok with him just bringing it to the 2nd floor even if we paid for him to bring it to the 3rd floor. We had to pay for 1 hour extra because of London traffic. For weekend moves one needs to have adjusted accordingly for traffic. Highly recommended.
